McGinn, a Coast Guard licensed Captain for 30 years now, is past president of the
Charterboatmen's Association. He has been the Official
Captain of the Sloppy Joe's Fishing Team for the last four Hemingway Fishing
Tournaments held yearly in Havana, Cuba. His easy approach and
laidback attitude gives the novice angler
and anglers of all speeds a fun day to remember.
